PatientMyth started as an event-driven patient survey and intervention platform. Due to increased requests from clients, we have extended PatientMyth beyond the hospital and beyond patient-driven events. Today, in the most recent major release, PatientMyth (which will be rebranded in the near future due to the enhanced focus and capability) offers event-drive and event-independent survey and intervention capability that is unmatched by any such product across the globe.
PatientMyth is now used for surveying patients / clients, employees / business partners and even for communicating changes in policies and procedures to employees, to ensure they have read, understood and agree to comply with the new policies. Our multi-language capable platform is the only of its kind, offering not only survey capability, but per category and per question configuration to determine what answers to which questions, should be escalated for immediate management intervention.
All messages are encrypted to ensure maximum security. The platform is delivered with a flexible reporting mechanism, because “not all surveys” and therefore “not all reports are equal”.
